Consumer Confidence Report FAQ

  • Why does my report have dates that are not current? The requirements for testing water is dependent upon the water system. A lot of testing has 3-9 year gaps before a new one is conducted to follow compliance. The only test that is annually is Nitrate that will stay current with the year.

  • What does my consumer report mean? A consumer confidence report is a document that explains to you what's in your water so you can make safe decisions.

  • Would we be notified if our water was not safe to use? Yes - by call, email or mail.
